Services for Patients

Consultation

Consultations typically last for three to four 45 minute sessions, usually occuring once a week, in which we will explore problems and concerns you are facing. At the conclusion of the consultation period, we will discuss what is appropriate for you in terms of treatment and/or referral and you will here my beginning thoughts on how I understand your struggle.

Individual Therapy (adolescents and adults)

Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes and are generally scheduled on a weekly basis. These sessions could last for a brief period of time or could be ongoing depending upon the issues and the depth at which you would like to work on them. For more intensive therapy, due to crisis or strong motivation to make changes, sessions could occur more than once per week.

Family Therapy

Family therapy sessions are 45 minutes and are used to support individual therapy for adolescents. These sessions are scheduled as needed and generally occur on a monthly basis depending on need.

Couple and Marriage Therapy

Couple and marriage therapy is for those in a committed relationship. Sessions last for 45 minutes and are attended by both members in the relationship. At times, individual sessions may occur to help support growth and understanding.
